„Schön, fast perfekt.

Der Swimmingpool- Berich fand ich herrlich, eine scher schöne Anlage zum vohlfülen. Nettes Personal..

Zum Frühstück gab es keinen richtigen Honig, keine Marmelade. Was mir mit Abstand am meisten nicht gefallen hat, war die Dusche.. Man muste über eine alte Plastikwanne übersteigen um dich Dusche zu können.

- Niemals 5 Sterne, vielleicht war es das mal vor 35 Jahren bei der Eröffnung! - kein Wifi im 4. Stock des Hotels, wir mussten immer in die Empfangshalle, oder in den Pool Bereich um etwas zu googeln - Frühstück ist eher Standard, aber niemals eines 5 Sterne Hotels würdig - Zimmer sehr alt, wurde seid der Eröffnung nie mehr wirklich Geld in die Hand genommen. - für uns war es das erste und letzte mal im Marina

„Nicht empfehlenswert.

5 Sterne ? Bestenfalls 3.5 Rezeption An der Rezeption schlafen sie fast ein Was in der CH weniger als 1 min dauert, dauert dort dort 5 Min und mehr. Mgmt ... ist ein Katastrophe. Leute liegen auf dem Bereich direkt vor der Rezeption mit Schuhen auf dem Sofa. Wodkaflasche daneben, keiner sagt was. Pool Im Poolbereich ist abends Disko. Abends bei angenehmen Temperaturen im Poolbereich noch einen Drink nehmen ist unmoeglich. Zimmer Die Zimmertueren bekommt man nur mit schlagen zu. Im Bad fehlt ueberall Licht. Spiegelbeleuchtung gibt es nicht, eher eine Funzel im Bad. Im Bad wegen defekter Lueftungsgitter Insekteneintritt. Internet ... ist eine Katastrophe. Haeufig versucht man 20 min eine Verbindung zu bekommen (Internet Adresse). Fruehstuck Katastrophe fuer ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Stuehle unbequem. Und die Leute stopfen dann noch jeder 2 Sachen in den Rucksack/Handtasche. Was fuer ein Niveau. Bar Im Lobbybereich gibt es keine Moeglichkeit, sich einen Drink zu bestellen. Lage Bereich um das Hotel ist unsicher. Ohne Taxi geht nichts. 3 Sterne. Und nie wieder.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly.

The hotel is old, the rooms had some updates but tile, mirrrors were still old. Our room was a bit dirty and they were under construction. The location is actually not that great and the food from room service was really horrible. It looks like it was a nice hotel sometime in the past. The staff was wonderful though and did everything they could for us to be comfortable.

The restaurant was good, however very quite.

The hotel was very old basic style, badly maintained. The location is too far from the centre and is surrounded by a favela, not safe. The TV in the room was of poor quality and the signal was not clear. In general NOT value for money.

Not a second time.

The ocean view.

I got 2 times emails from booking.com, that my credit card would not be valid and my reservation will be kept maximum for the next 24 hours if I don't update my credit card data. I called VISA and they told me, that the hotel was to stupid to use the credit card machine correctly. Then we called the hotel and finally they succeeded and my booking was payed 4 weeks before I arrived. The 2nd time, when this happened, the hotel tried to charge my credit card again 3 days before I stayed there, but they didn't have any authorization from me. Again I got an email from booking.com, that my reservation is only valid the next 24 hours if I don't update my credit card data. Again we had to call the hotel and complained. This was very annoying and is not acceptable.

Please avoid , over priced , untidy , a 2 star at best . I work too hard to be ripped off.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was checking out.

Firstly this is no 5 star hotel . In my opinion it's only a 2 star. The reception area was fine but after that it was all down hill. The Room door was marked + dirty . The bathroom sink was dirty . The shower was in the bath and the water was cold. My room wasn't cleaned properly . Limited channel's + tv signal poor. I have pictures to prove it. I thought it couldn't get any worse and maybe I was unlucky but the breakfast was an even worse experience , tables dirty + tables not cleared . No cereals , all the orange juice was gone totally disorganised. To say I was shocked and disgusted is an understatement. I complained at the front desk , the sales manager didn't even take the time to look at my room + I gave my email address for the general manager to contact me about my complaint but as of today I have heard nothing.

Very busy and disturbing entree. Noisy, busy and incomplete breakfast. Noisy environment with streets and building up a festival in the Gardens. Incompetent personel at the reception. Huge and unpleasant hotel.

Breakfast, they kept hour bags after check out until we went to the airport.

The rooms are too old, it is not possible to close the curtains so in the morning the room became to bright. They advertise that they have a free shuttle to the city center but it was under maintenance and they didn’t provide any alternative. The hotel is advertise as a 5 star hotel but looks like a 3 star maximum.

Breakfast was good, the place always loud and overcrowded...!! Pool-area is very good! An good english speaking receptionista gave many helpful information in a very friendly way (Christina)

The reception at our arrival was quiete unfriendly from a young man. The Internet is very very poor, this is extremely dissapointing.

Fueron seis días, de excelencia en el hotel, muy bueno todo, por sobre todo destaco la atención del personal, de todos los ámbitos, son muy serviciales siempre. Excelente el desayuno que brindan, se come maravillosamente, hay que destacar que el hotel tiene un gran confort, en un predio maravilloso, que no hay necesidad de salir si vas a descansar, tienen de todo. También es muy favorable que todos los días hay un micro para ir a una hermosa playa. la pasamos muy bien. Es para recomendar

Lo mas negativo para decir, es la zona donde esta ubicado. Imposible salir a caminar, solo hay que moverse en taxi.

Para olvidar....

El lobby y la vista de la habitación al mar. Muy bueno el personal de asistencia que hay en el lobby.

Es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero no cumple con los standards de la calificacion: el personal no habla inglés, la pileta está en reparaciones (pero se nota que hace años), la calidad de la habitación es mala, no reponen los elementos de higiene, el agua sale fría....hay que reclamar todo. Y está ubicado en una zona horrible. Para salir del hotel hay que hacerlo si o si con taxi/Uber. No tiene salida a la playa, pese a que dice que se encuentra en la línea de playa.
